90 tablets, (I put in 92). Is this prduct only for kids? NO. Is it made with kids in mind? Yes. My kids used tooth powder for awhile. The powder is good for their teeth, but IT'S SO EASY TO SPILL. I was so tired of cleaning up powder off the floor! I knew there had to be something easier for the kids to manage on their own. Calcium Carbonate whitens, brightens and strengthens teeth! It is also safe to use on teeth as it has a hardness of 3 on the MOHS scale and teeth are a hardness of 5. 
 
Xylitol as my friend put it, “doesn’t allow the bugs to stick to your teeth.” In other words, Xylitol kills the bacteria and germs in your mouth that cause plaque. This in turn reduces dry mouth, tooth decay and plaque buildup making for fresher breath, cleaner and healthier teeth. How cool! Plus, it is also sweet by nature, making it a healthy alternative to sugar.
