SHIPPING POLICY

We are not offering the shipping option online currently, however,

if you contact me via email or phone, we can set up shipping that way.

All Items shipped from "It Is Good' facility include insurance and a tracking number which should insure it's arrival to your doorstep. You will receive the tracking number via e-mail. Unfortunately, delays and mistakes happen. If your package is lost after leaving 'It Is Good' facility, we will not be held accountable.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Hi! Thank you for your purchase from 'It Is Good' Product line! If you have purchased

a consumable product please understand that we cannot accept returns

or issue refunds. If you are unhappy with your purchse in ANYWAY, please let me know so we can improve our products, business and customer service.

If you are unhappy with the purchase of your macrame piece, I will refund your money upon return of the item, less the cost of return shipping.
